Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, in 1964. He began painting at the School of Fine Arts in Santiago. Winner of awards at the E. León Jimenes Painting Biennials and Special Jury Mention at the 26th Cagnes-sur-Mer Painting Festival in France.
